Race goers were treated to a 300sqm experiential area with two Vodafone McLaren Mercedes replica cars (one of which they could sit inside), the chance to have their photo taken on the podium with the drivers or register to Vodafone VIP on iPads for the chance to win a signed team shirt. Vodafone customers were able to collect a unique thank you gift; a lanyard containing a piece of Jenson Button's or Lewis Hamilton's race suit from the 2010 Bahrain Grand Prix. After driving the pimped up Vodafone VW Camper Van to Silverstone on Thursday morning, Lewis and Jenson were on hand on Saturday afternoon to meet some lucky customers and appear in front of an assembled crowd of over 4000 exicted fans. The boys didn't dissapoint on track too with Lewis coming home a respectable 2nd and Jenson 4th after starting in 14th on the grid.
